If you catch it.. put trap in car and take it for a little drive.Mike always says he feels self conscious messing about at the side of the road in rubber gloves, but we'll pass over that..
IF being the operative word. I was joking yesterday about the 'never setting paw in the Longworth again' but it's looking likely now.... :-(
It is needed, Cait :-)
I hope that you get him and can take him far far far away!!! xx
I'm wondering how far is far enough, Amy.... :-)
We caught four at once in a humane trap ( they had got into a bathroom cupboard and had been eating soap ??!!).We walked up the hill with them and let them out in the woods beside a big old house which is empty for most of the time. I hope they liked their new home!
FOUR!!!!!! And eating soap- that really made me smile :-) My husband wants to know whether they were blowing bubbles afterwards?! :-)
Just catching up on your posts, was going to say we're there is one mouse there is another, I would be surprised if there was only one ! Perhaps you could pop a dab of paint on it to see if it's the same one when it comes back ? That's if you manage to catch it again...Thought you also had to drive it five miles away , then let it go, so they don't find their way home :)My dad catches mice in his shed sadly not in a humane way, he's had over ten in one week before.Amanda xx
You could be right....perhaps it's a whole big happy family? :-)
Oh dear!!!! Good luck with catching him again!!Maybe there is more than one or this particular mouse just likes your home!xxx
I'm wondering whether there are more than one too, Linda. Or perhaps there's a mouse sign up somewhere local giving directions to 'free food' :-) xx
Thank you for leaving a comment. I always enjoy reading them and will try my best to reply to every one. CT x
