Blogging hiatus

Apologies if you checked in to read the previous post- I managed to delete it and couldn't face re-writing it all!

A quick one from me to say I'm having a bloggy break. Not sure how long for. Might be a week, might be longer. It's half term this week and after that I've a number of college assignments to do before the winter break plus I like to get Christmas organised ahead of time. I also want to set some time aside to write a book and can't do that without reorganising my time.  If it's ok with all of you, I'll drop a post in here and there when I've got something to say, otherwise hopefully I'll be sharing a book with you at some point in the future ( assuming it's readable).

I'm typing this on the mobile so hope it works!!

Keep well all and I'll catch up with you all soon.

CT.

  10. I always enjoy your blogs and have even started to appreciate moths! (They are not quite as beautiful here it seems.) Some of your entries have brought tears so I am excited that there may be a book, an excellent way for me to share your writing w/ others. And I love Ted's entries; "his" writing just seems to match his picture so well, I can even hear a slightly gruff little voice! Thank you for sharing w/ us and I hope for rest and not too overwhelming school time and happiest of holidays for you and family. Thank you so much for all your posts! Ellen

  11. I read your post on my feed reader then went to comment and realised it's the one you deleted! You've just made me realise I have not been seeing my usual autumn caterpillars - Knotgrasses are usually common along with several others whose names I forget. But it's probably because I have not been gardening. Love your tits :D (did I really say that?!). Enjoy your break. xx

  13. As I come back you go, have kept up with you post in my time away and loved reading about what you have got up to. It's a little odd the first week not been glued to the computer but in time you do find thinks other than the box in the corner to do, sounds like you will have plenty to keep you occupied so I wish you well, don't leave it to long as it hard to come back, and we will all miss you so much.xxx

  14. Take a break and stop by when you can. I just found you some months ago and I have enjoyed reading your post. So your book will be a wonderful read when finished.
Please find time (if you can) to snap a few photos of Christmas. I love seeing how my blogger friends celebrate the holidays.

    Luck on your book !
    cheers, parsnip

  16. I hope that you have a good hiatus - makes me think of hibernate! - and that you get a good start on the book. Having stepped back a little from blogging lately I have really noticed the difference in my time for other things so I am sure that you will have a lot more book writing time. I hope that all is well. See you again! xx

  19. Sounds like time will be well spent while away from blogging. Best of luck to you with your book!! I'll miss seeing your amazing mothy friends :) I think of you when I see moths now (but mine aren't nearly so interesting looking). Take care,

  20. Writing through the worst of the winter strikes me as an excellent idea. Christmas is banned in our house until December , so I have no idea what you are up to! You could write a book about a seamstress who lived in a wood and studied ecology, but that would be too far fetched to be true.....

  22. Brilliant album... beautiful photos capturing all the moments!
I went to Ironbridge many moons ago. Fascinating place...captured Victorian life beautifully. Funnily enough we have a place called Sovereign Hill here...and given that Victoria is named after said Queen and that era...its not surprising the similarities.
Hope you are enjoying your hiatus!!!
    Love from Down Under xx
